Looks Clothing Return and Exchange Policy

Looks Clothing’s return and exchange policy allows you to return or exchange items purchased from Looks Clothing for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (check the product details page for this information). You are free to try on a product, but it must remain unused and preserved in its original condition, including the tags and packaging. If you receive a Seal Tag with the item, ensure it remains attached and intact for a smooth return/exchange process. There are two methods for returning products:

1. Pick Up:

In most locations, Looks Clothing offers a free pick-up service. You will find a pickup option when you submit a return request

2. Self-Ship:

If Looks Clothing doesn’t offer pick-up service in your location, they will credit the shipping costs in the form of Looks Clothing credits, provided the product meets the return policy, and you have shared a scanned copy of the courier receipt with them.

During the pick-up process, Looks Clothing’s delivery agent may conduct a quality check on the return. For a successful pick-up, Looks Clothing will initiate a doorstep refund for the return amount into the refund mode selected when initiating the return request. In some pin codes, doorstep refund may not be applicable, in which case the refund will be initiated after the product has been received at the Looks Clothing warehouse and has passed a quality check. If the picked-up product doesn’t pass the quality check, Looks Clothing will ship it back to you.

If you choose to exchange the item due to a mismatch in size or receipt of a defective item, Looks Clothing will provide you with a replacement of the item at no cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you opt for an exchange, Looks Clothing’s delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you. You can exchange items purchased on Looks Clothing for the same or different sizes of the same style or for any other item of the same or different value from Looks Clothing within the specified exchange period, subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.

Exceptions and Rules:
  • Socks, Briefs, Shapewear Bottoms, any Lingerie Set that includes a Brief, Swimwear, Mittens, Wrist-Bands cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Due to the intimate nature, Looks Clothing handles returns for certain Innerwear, Sleepwear, and Lingerie items differently. Only self-ship returns are allowed for such items; the pickup facility will not be available. Additionally, these items cannot be exchanged.

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exchange Policy:

a) If you choose to exchange the item purchased from Looks Clothing within the specified exchange period for the same size or a different size of the same style, you will be provided with a replacement of the item free of cost.

b) If you choose to exchange an item purchased from Looks Clothing for any other item of the same or different value from Looks Clothing, differences in the amount will be charged to you if the exchanged item is of higher value, and differences will be refunded to you after the successful pickup of the original item from you if the exchanged item is of lower value.

c) The net amount paid by you (excluding instant cashback/discount/Coupons) to purchase the original item will be considered to calculate the difference in the amount between the original and exchanged items, which will be payable by you or refundable by Looks Clothing, as the case may be, for an exchange.

d) Applicable refunds for exchanges will be triggered post the successful pickup of the original item from you.

  1. Exchanges are only allowed for pincodes that are serviceable for an exchange.
  2. Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products, and you are allowed to select a single item for exchange. Customers can exchange multiple items at a time by initiating separate exchange requests for each item.

  3. Non-returnable products/categories cannot be exchanged.

  4. The Platform Handling Fee (as defined under ‘Terms of Use’) is not applicable to exchanged orders.

  5. Looks Clothing reserves the right to restrict the exchange of items purchased from them if customers in any way breach or misuse this policy, as determined in Looks Clothing’s sole discretion.

  6. If you have purchased an item that comes with a free gift/offer and you wish to return the main item, you will also need to return the free product.

  7. Looks Clothing will not be liable for products returned by mistake. If you return an extra or different product by mistake, Looks Clothing will not be accountable for its replacement or delivery back to you.

  8. If you self-ship your returns, please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, Looks Clothing recommends using a reliable courier service.

  9. If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs will be reimbursed subject to your return meeting Looks Clothing’s Returns and Exchange Policy and the image of the courier receipt being shared by you and validated by Looks Clothing. For self-ship returns, the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails, the product will be reshipped back to you.
